Our legal unit was established in 2000 as a small international practice which is focused on cross-border legal services, particularly between Italy and the United Kingdom. Although we have our own offices only in Venice we are flexible enough to cover directly or indirectly large areas of both countries.

We are versed in providing assistance to Italian and UK clients in corporate and commercial law but we also deal with intellectual property and competition. Our range of services also includes civil and commercial litigation, property and private clients.

We rely on our professional and cultural experience in different jurisdictions coupled with strong language skills to help our clients better understand the legal problems they are faced with when dealing with their affairs abroad and to find solutions that can work in a foreign context.
