Our legal unit was established in 2000 as a small international practice which is focused on cross-border legal services, particularly between Italy and the United Kingdom. We are based in Venice, NE Italy, but with our work we cover directly or indirectly large areas of both countries.

We are versed in providing assistance to Italian and UK clients in corporate and commercial law but we also deal with intellectual property and competition. Our range of services also includes civil and commercial litigation and other sectors such as property and private clients.

To help our clients to better understand the legal problems they encounter when dealing with their business abroad and to find solutions that can work in a foreign context we rely on our professional and cultural experience in different jurisdictions coupled with strong language skills.
